For two and a half years The Bill Guy Technology Solutions have provided services to New Medical Health Care, a local health and wellness service provider for the Wichita community. Barry Reynolds, Administrator of the New Medical Health Care, talked to us about his experiences with The Bill Guy as their provider for IT solutions and website design/hosting.

- Reynolds: Mainly because The Bill Guy had an extremely proactive costumer service attitude. They had a clear understanding of the importance of keeping our system up and running.

- Reynolds: Yes – he came in one day to talk, without any preparation or equipment, and the system happened to be going down. He went to the basement and took care of it, without any charges. He didn’t leave until the problem was solved. He was very proactive.

- Reynolds: They have been the best team we have ever encountered, when it comes to IT services. During business hours, our systems have only been down a total of 1 hour while performing IT solutions, which is completely remarkable and important for our clinic.

- Reynolds: Definitely a 9. The quality of their services, for them to be a small company is extraordinary. They are flexible, they quickly respond to our needs, and they care about us, and our patients as well. They will do anything to take care of the problem.
